As a psychologist, Ulrika Dehlryd often encountered patients struggling with stress, anxiety, and sleep issues. Spending more time at home during periods of isolation highlighted the importance of prioritizing well-being. She saw the potential of natural products to promote health and balance in a simple way. Together with her daughter Emma, a marketer passionate about sustainable living, Ulrika founded Asteh—a wellness store designed to support both body and mind with a holistic approach to well-being.
