1. Apply a generous amount of any oil to your body.

2. Angle the stone almost completely against the skin and drag it in a single sweeping motion over legs, arms or wherever you feel like softening and massaging the body. We recommend not dragging it back and forth over the same areas.

3. Repeat 3-5 times per area.

4. Start the massage with a light pressure and then increase to gently soften stiff muscles and reduce swelling. Blood circulation is increased when using Gua Sha and temporary redness may occur.

5. Wash off the stone with soap and lukewarm water after use.
