The Body Plane is an exfoliation tool and the results are unique to each skin it touches. Results vary from person to person and from use to use. Sometimes you will lift away a lot of dirt and oil from the skin, and sometimes you will notice less. You can be sure that the tool will work its magic to remove dry skin, dirt and impurities from the body.

The Body Plane works best when the skin is wet, warm and lubricated with body oil. It can be used in the shower or bath or shortly afterwards if the body is not towel-dried.

Working from the toes up and one limb at a time, apply a single pump of your favorite Esker Body Oil, lightly spread the oil over the skin and quickly follow with long, gentle strokes of the Body Plane working the energy up towards the heart.

Remove excess dirt and oil from the Body Plane by wiping it on a cloth.

Repeat on each body part you want to plane, using a single pump of oil each time. We recommend stronger pressure and longer strokes on arms and legs and shorter, softer strokes on chest, torso and neck.
