• The dynamic cup can be used statically (with the cup remaining in the same place) or dynamically by using oil or shower cream together with sweeping movements.

• To avoid marks after cupping, keep the cup moving and do not let it stand still (static cupping).

• Recommended use: 2-3 times per week, 3-5 minutes per area.

The Curam dynamic cup may feel stiff and hard at first. To soften it more quickly, start by using both hands to press the cup from all sides, speeding up the process.
