• Apply Face Oil to a clean face and to the area you want to treat to make the cup glide smoothly over the skin and to enhance the benefits of the cup with its ingredients.

• Start each session by opening up the lymphatic flow at the collarbone area by pumping the cup a few times - see instructions in “Lymphatic Drainage Program”.

• Place the cup gently on the skin over the area you want to treat, e.g. face, neck or décolleté. Squeeze the cup from both sides and then release to create a vacuum. See the cupping programs for more guidance.

• Use slow, sweeping movements and move the cup outwards and upwards. Keep the cup moving at all times to prevent marks from forming after cupping. Start gently, preferably in front of a mirror to see how your skin reacts. For sensitive skin, you can use the mini cup for the whole face. Work on one side of the face at a time.

• Finish with a few lymphatic strokes from the hairline down towards the collarbones.

• Facial cupping is said to increase product absorption, so reapply Curam Face and Massage Oil to further nourish the skin and enhance the effects of your cupping session.

• Recommended use: Maximum 3-5 strokes on each area, 3 times a week. If you have sensitive skin or superficial blood vessels, start with one stroke per area and gradually increase depending on your skin's tolerance. Do not use on fresh scars, sunburned or damaged skin. Avoid cupping directly over botox or fillers.
