Following a deeply relaxing bath or shower, apply 2-3 pumps of your favorite Esker Body Oil, one limb at at time. Use long, gentle strokes and medium pressure. Spend extra time on each body part, with a deep appreciation for the skin you are in.

The Body Plane is an exfoliation tool and results are unique to each skin it touches. Results will vary from person to person and from use to use.
