Have you ever reflected on your eating? How, what and why do you eat the way you do? Welcome to a breakfast with a twist where we not only enjoy good food, but also explore how we can become more conscious in our eating habits.
Founder of Asteh and leg. psychologist Ulrika Dehlryd invites you to a breakfast where we give an introduction to the concept of Mindful Eating .
We promise a breakfast full of taste experiences and maybe an occasional "aha" experience when you discover how you can create a more positive and balanced relationship with food.
What is Mindful Eating? Mindful Eating is a method based on being fully present when we eat. Instead of eating on autopilot or letting emotions control our eating, it's about listening to the body's hunger and satiety signals, as well as being aware of the taste, smell, texture and emotions that the food evokes. By eating consciously, we can reduce stress and anxiety around food and create a more harmonious relationship with what and how we eat.
