1. Apply Curam facial and massage oil to clean skin and the area you want to treat, to help the cup glide smoothly over the skin and with its ingredients increase the benefits that cupping can provide.
2. Begin each session by opening up the lymph flow at the collarbone pit by pumping with the cup a couple of times, see instructions on the Lymph Drainage program.
3. Gently apply the mini cup to the skin over the area you want to treat, such as smaller areas such as lips, nasolabial folds, around the nose, eyes and between the eyebrows. Squeeze the cup from both sides and then release slowly to create a vacuum. Place your fingers close to the edge for better contact. See instructional video for more guidance.
4. Either use dynamic cupping: slow sweeping motions and move the cup in an outward and upward motion or use pumping technique; press, hold and release. Move the cup constantly to prevent cupping marks. Work with one side of the face at a time. Preferably use together with Curam face cup to treat more parts of your face and finish with a few lymphatic strokes from the hairline down to the collarbones.
5. Facial cupping is said to increase product absorption, so reapply Curam Facial and Massage Oil to give your skin added nourishment and boost the effect of your cupping session.
6. Recommended use: 3-5 strokes or pumps on each area, repeat 3 times, 2-3 times per week. Do not use on fresh scars, sun damaged or otherwise damaged skin. Be careful about cupping directly over Botox or fillers.
