BEFORE FIRST USE
We recommend shaking your product (preferably outdoors) to remove any loose wool hairs.
the smell of wool is proof of its naturalness, but if it is too intense for you, you can air or wash your product first, the surface structure of the product changes over time to become more "baranized" and this is a completely natural process
CLEANING/REFRESHING
Wool does not like to be washed too often, so spot cleaning is best:
Absorb a new stain with a towel or cloth.
Freshen up your product by aerating and shaking it, and in winter also freeze it. The fact that the wool fibers clump together into balls, called peeling, is a natural process that characterizes all wool products. If this happens, you can easily peel away the wool balls.
WASHING
Wash in a washing machine with a wool program and a detergent intended for wool, but we recommend adding fabric softener to the rinse. It is important to wash the product separately and not to combine it with other clothes.
After removing the product, shake it on all sides, shape it and dry it naturally, i.e. without using a dryer, do not place it directly on an element or expose it to strong sunlight.
